At Conapownie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury watch purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Below, you’ll find the details about how to return an item, eligibility criteria, and the process to ensure your experience is as seamless as possible.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your watch.
- Condition of the Watch: The watch must be in brand new, unused condition. It should not have been worn, altered, or damaged.
- Original Packaging: The watch must be returned with all original packaging, including the watch box, manuals, warranty cards, and any accessories that came with it.
- Special Orders: Personalized, engraved, or custom orders are non-returnable unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you are eligible for a return even if it has been worn or opened.
2. How to Return an Item
Returning an item is simple and straightforward. Please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Authorization and provide you with return instructions. Please make sure you follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

Ship the Watch: After receiving your Return Authorization, securely package your watch along with all original materials (box, warranty card, etc.). Please use a trackable shipping method to return the item, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process. Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid any damages.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Return & Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. This process typically takes 5-7 business days. Once verified:

Refunds: If eligible, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the refund will reflect the value of the item minus the original shipping cost.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your watch for a different model, please specify this during the return process. We will initiate the exchange as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or Customized Watches: Any watches that have been personalized, engraved, or altered in any way cannot be returned unless defective.
- Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “final sale” or purchased during clearance events cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Opened or Used Watches: Watches that have been worn or damaged are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return label and cover all return shipping costs. After receiving the defective or incorrect item, we will either:
- Provide a full refund,
- Send you a replacement watch, or
- Offer you a store credit if you prefer.

6. Warranty & Repair Policy
Each timepiece purchased from Conapownie comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers defects in material and craftsmanship under normal use. If your watch is defective within the warranty period, we offer free repairs or a replacement, depending on the manufacturer’s policies.
For watches that are outside the warranty period or need repair due to accidental damage, we offer professional repair services at an additional cost.
7. International Returns
For international orders, the return policy remains the same; however, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customs duties, taxes, or other import fees paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information to ensure your return reaches us safely.
